I had my bedroom treated for mould last week. The quality of the job is good - the mould was removed successfully. The only issue is that after a week, the bleach-type smell is still slightly present. I've had the windows open 24/7 to air it out, which during winter isn't ideal. The chemicals they use must be pretty strong!

Very disappointing. If you are looking for someone to identify the actual cause of a mould problem, this is not the right company. The inspection focused on general cleaning and mould prevention advice rather than investigating the underlying source of the mould. Instead of identifying the cause, the recommendations were simply to manage the symptoms.

JR was really polite and helpful and did the mould removal effectively and efficiently. It took about 1 hr in total for a small bathroom ceiling and upper tiles. JR was also kindly accommodating to wearing plastic bags over his shoes as the house was carpeted. Thanks JR!

Not happy with how it went. We agreed on how to leave the house after the job is done and that didn’t happen. Because of that we basically had to break into our own house and missed an event on the evening.Also the mold removal wasn’t done properly and there still is some mold left. Third problem is, all our belongings were thrown onto our beds and couches - since it was shoes and outdoor gear everything got dirty. Neither was it returned to the place where it belonged. Just left on the bed and anywhere else.Communication was poor from their side as well, nobody answered my concerns on the day.I don’t recommend using them.

they were very unprofessional and left a huge amount of untreated mould in my daughters bedroom, and told me it was safe for her to return to her room as they had treated all areas affected by mould they also made a false report

I had JR come and deal with mould in my bathroom. Very happy with the result, as well as his and the company's communication and explanation of everything throughout (except for a malfunctioning email server but these things happen).
