If I could only use one word to describe my experience with Mould Removal Australia - it'd be "efficient".Submitted a quote enquiry through their online form and was provided something that same afternoon. The mould removal was actioned 3-business days after my initial enquiry (your milage may vary depending on their availability), and the causation report was delivered within a hour of completing my remittance payment.This is a new property so timing was of the importance to ensure we could move in to a mould-free environment. Absolute stellar experience and I hope I never have to engage them again - but if the mould comes back I know who to entrust.

Emanuel did an excellent job! Our laundry and bedroom was overrun with mould after the wet weather and it now doesn't look like it was ever there. He got into some difficult places behind blinds and even went to the trouble to do a small spot in our lounge room that I had said we would do ourselves because it wasn't very big. That was a wonderful surprise to come home to!

The process to get a quote was relatively simple and the company was very responsive to enquiries. Quote system is done by email which makes the payment process easy. Emmanuel arrived onsite on time, was courteous, patient in explaining the process and property was left in good condition with keys left in mailbox as requested. Report was provided with photos of before and after when cleaning done. Returned after 3 hours completion and there was a faint residual bleach smell.

I had my bedroom treated for mould last week. The quality of the job is good - the mould was removed successfully. The only issue is that after a week, the bleach-type smell is still slightly present. I've had the windows open 24/7 to air it out, which during winter isn't ideal. The chemicals they use must be pretty strong!

Very disappointing. If you are looking for someone to identify the actual cause of a mould problem, this is not the right company. The inspection focused on general cleaning and mould prevention advice rather than investigating the underlying source of the mould. Instead of identifying the cause, the recommendations were simply to manage the symptoms.

Not happy with how it went. We agreed on how to leave the house after the job is done and that didn’t happen. Because of that we basically had to break into our own house and missed an event on the evening.Also the mold removal wasn’t done properly and there still is some mold left. Third problem is, all our belongings were thrown onto our beds and couches - since it was shoes and outdoor gear everything got dirty. Neither was it returned to the place where it belonged. Just left on the bed and anywhere else.Communication was poor from their side as well, nobody answered my concerns on the day.I don’t recommend using them.
