I had JR come and deal with mould in my bathroom. Very happy with the result, as well as his and the company's communication and explanation of everything throughout (except for a malfunctioning email server but these things happen). They came within a few days of contacting them, and JR arrived on time and was very efficient.

Hey guys, does anyone know if this business has gone bust? It seems they must have. We have been ringing and emailing for about two months without a response nor ability to book a mould removal. Very satisfied with the work and service provided by JR at Mould Removal Australia. We had mould in the corner of our living space caused by heavy rain. It now looks almost brand new. There's a little bit of staining but we knew there would be due to the damage to the ceiling caused by the rain penetration. JR was very thorough and checked everything (including areas we didn't think were a concern) before he finished up. Happy customer

This is the second time I have used this company and I am so happy with their services. 3 years ago we had mould in two bathrooms and our laundry. The areas were spotless after treatment and mould only reformed in one of the bathrooms after a few years due to the fan being broken.Very thorough communication prior from the company, I would add that I’m sensitive to smells and would recommend staying elsewhere the first night after treatment. Harley was friendly, prompt and polite. Great service all round.

A great job removing the mould from around the walls and window sills. There was no staining left at all. R3allt good results and the price was the cheapest amongst a few companies. Emails were responded to promptly which was very helpful. However, the person doing the job left my bathroom dirty with a white substance on the floor and inside the shower area.
