The technician, /*** was punctual and explained to me what is expected and the time frame that he will require. The result is excellent. My bathroom is super clean mould-free now and the chemical smell disappears completely within 24hours. I can’t tell you enough how happy I am with the result. Should have got onto Mould Removal much earlier than trying to do it myself multiple times, unsuccessfully. Haha! Would definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

The quoting process I didn’t feel was transparent which for me is a trust issue.
The technician noticed another milder issue while at the premises but because it wasn’t part of the quote didn’t attend to it. I understand why it was ignored, but it would have been good to get a phone call to give me the option if I wanted it treated for an additional cost.

Easy to book in for a job to be done, easy payment options, prompt arrival and I was very happy with the end result

The whole process was excellent from initial contact to notification of when the trades person would be arriving and the work performed. Andrew was fantastic and did a terrific job.
Made initial contact in the morning and the whole job was completed by 3:00pm same day — awesome.
