Saw a good level of reduction in most areas where mould was present. However, in one problem area (windows in the main bedroom), it looks as though no treatment has been done. This should, I think, be rectified promptly.

*** arrived when he said he would provided a reasonable quote for the extra corridor ceiling and was in and out in less than 3 hours. Looks excellent and now ceiling cleaned has brightened family room up and no need to paint. Enabled me to do balance of walls etc in a day. Took me 3 days when I did it myself last time. Well worth it!

Perhaps i could recommend to suggest for all clothes to be spread out properly so they can be fumed. We were not aware of this and all our clothes piled up in one pile and the guy said he will spread them out which st the end he said he only did slightly because he wasn’t allowed to touch. Also, he forgot to inspect one of the rooms at the initial visit and only because I asked did he check it out again. He said he did fine the wardrobe but didn’t ask us to not enter the room for two hours so I’m not sure if that Was actually done.

Pleasant professional staff who arrived on time after messaging in advance.
Would have liked to discuss the results of mould found and areas treated but perhaps a report is still coming.
Would recommend this to others but would also note that it it is rather expensive for the time spent here even allowing for travelling time and chemicals used. We we’re keen to have the work done as a priority for health reasons but for future work we would obtain quotes for comparison.

Happy with the service and mould treatment. Time will tell of its effectiveness, but I am positive. I thought the cost of the treatment ($***) for the treatment of one room, which took no more than one hour, a bit high.

I was very pleased with the end result, and help kind and professional *** was, because I’m in invalid he came upstairs to inform me that he was finished the job and while he was upstairs he even did an inspection in my bathroom for mould without even asking, what a lovely man.
