protective clothing comprising of enclosed footwear and socks, thick rubber gloves, a face mask to prevent the inhalation of vapours as well as contact from products with the eyes and protective clothing ( a full protective suit covering the whole body is ideal)

Cleaning products which may be required consist of distilled vinegar, tea tree oil and sodium hypochlorite solution in a concentrated strength. Unfortunately shelf/supermarket products are not usually of a high enough strength to be effective at removing the mould problem.

Spray or apply your cleaning solution on the affected area as well as on your cleaning brush. Scrub the surface as well as any cracks and crevices. Remove any excess product and wipe dry when finished. Clean up the area including removing and disposing of equipment and tarps. Ensure the area is well ventilated to help it dry out.
