This is what can occur when a simple visible mould growth is ignored just for a few months.
Termites move in and eat the homes frame work out and before you know it thousands of dollars worth of damage is done.
This was caused by a cracked wall tile in a shower. Would have cost less than $200 to repair, but as it was left and not repaired, now it’s the cost of new walls and tiles in two rooms.
A Mould Observation report would have identified the reason for the visual growth and could have prevented the problem.
