Wow you see lots of things in a day as a Mould Inspector but this is another extreme situation.
On inspection it was found that under this home it was actually raining. The condensation that you can see in the picture above looks like a silver sheen, but is literally just water from the sub floor soil that’s been drawn up by heating inside the home.
The rising vapour has become liquid on the underside of the concrete slab of the home and is then raining back down on the soil.
The home above was not totally infested with mould yet, but the smell inside was foul and this is what was causing it.
