Happy with the service and mould treatment. Time will tell of its effectiveness, but I am positive. I thought the cost of the treatment ($***) for the treatment of one room, which took no more than one hour, a bit high.

Very professional, kind, and informative. The initial consult was easy to have booked in, and they took photos of all areas affected to be able to send through to our real estate. Once we had the clean/treatment booked in they were able to work with me and my schedule to book in. The guy who came to do the treatment was lovely, respectful, and hard working. I've even emailed our real estate to tell them how happy we were to deal with these tradesmen in our house.

I was about to go with these guys but found their communication to be verbose, very pushy and the list of included "terms and conditions" I received for the cleaning job seemingly attempted to absolve them of any responsibility for damages/mistakes of any kind (or at least that was how it came across to me) which I found off-putting and made me feel uncomfortable.After finding a cheaper price, decided to cancel and not proceed further.While I do have experience with their pre-cleaning comms and communication style, I didn't go through with the booking so I can't comment on the quality of work or cleaning staff themselves.As such, I've still given them a few stars regardless of my personal experience in dealing with them.P.s. While they were agreeable to issue me with a refund when requested (since I was eligible under their agreed terms in my case) just a heads up, they advised me they are unable to initiate refunds using the PayPal platform's built-in refund process from their end and will instead ask for your bank details to deposit the refund that way.If you're like me and rather not divulge your bank details, you will unfortunately need to raise a dispute with PayPal directly under the PayPal buyers protection scheme which may delay the process of receiving your refund significantly (or at least that's what happened to me).Please note: I'm not advising anyone to avoid using this company, merely sharing my perception and personal opinion of their communication style and the lengthy delays that I've experienced with the deposit refund (Unless, of course, you are ok to share your bank details in which case the last part won't apply to you).

Today J.R came and removed the mould from my walls and ceiling.He said he would arrive at 8.30am which he did, so very punctual. J.R gave me till 4.30pm to enter the house. My house was also locked and job looked amazing.

Excellent work and really cleaned up two rooms we had that were destroyed and unusable from mould damage. Emanuel cleaned it up over a few hours and did a fantastic job. Very much highly recommend him for his work.

My mould treatment is done today by technician J.R. He arrived early and had an inspection of the mould before the treatment. Then he explained what he was doing and finished the treatment in an hour. He has done a great job and let me check his work before leaving.

We had Emanuel come to do Mould Removal for my mum's apartment. He was so lovely and so thorough. To see the place now from how horrible it was prior, is truly amazing. Such a difference!!! An excellent service for the removal of mould, as well as its prevention, as Emanual uses a technique to prevent mould from spreading. Though care should be taken by all tenants to prevent mould’s food source (dust), this service certainly gives a fresh start for tenants to do so.

Job was attended to quickly and efficiently. Before and after pics were provided as the property is a rented property and they were able to work with the tenants to get a time that was mutually convenient. Also proactively provided feedback on other areas they noticed were affected. Only thing I would have recommended is that contact be made to advise of the the observation when they were on site. The later would mean less inconvenience to tenants and possibly more efficient given trades personnel on site with the necessary resources to fix - potentially cheaper for client too rather than the cost of a new quote for a job/return visit. I would recommend them.

We used this company on Monday 28/10/24. JR our technician arrived on time he explained what he was doing and we left our unit for 3 hours.We checked his work today at 10.30am and he has done a great job no sign of the mould and the cornice is lovely and clean.Would highly recommend this company. Poor service and communication!We paid for the mould causation and prevention report in July 2024. The mould inspector was polite and punctual on the day, but when we received the report we found it had almost no specific information about our house, apart from the photos - all of which were spots I knew about and had pointed out to the inspector. The report basically detailed common causes of mould in a house and provided generic advice on how to avoid them, whether or not it applied to our house or situation.After receiving the report I called (couldn't get through) and emailed asking to speak to someone, but no one would call me back. After receiving a reply to my email I sent a second email asking again for a phone call but received no further reply even by email.The Causation/Prevention report contained a lot of information that did not apply to us at all, the report focused heavily on reducing condensation when there was no evidence that we have current condensation issues! As an example it told us to be aware of our indoor plants causing condensation when we don't have any indoor plants!The report didn't contain ANY objective information like level of infestation (E.g. concentration of mould spores in the air) or sample results showing e.g. type of mould, or even basic details of the moisture or humidity readings found in the house. No samples were taken anywhere and no entry or proper inspection was made of our subfloor area.In their email reply the company replied with a photos of a moisture reader showing our house is actually very DRY. Which is odd since their report contained very repetitive instructions on needing to reduce indoor condensation despite the lack of any observations, photos or readings showing indoor condensation or moisture issues.So in summary we were extremely disappointed with the report as it didn't tell us anything we didn't know and provided very little information specific to our home. The refusal to talk to us via phone was also unprofessional. Would recommend avoiding this company!
