***, just a short email to thank you for resolving our ongoing mould problem, other experts have said we need to buy this or install that its clear they just wanted to sell us a band aide solution, you explained it all so well and simplified what was actually happening in our home, we were amazed at your knowledge and even more amazed as to how we could prevent mould in our home in a number of ways without buying anything we already had everything we needed other than the knowhow and after our short meeting we have that now.
