Tried for 30Mins to upload photos of quote and website wouldn’t work. Soent 20 mins on the phone to be redirected to the website. Gave up and booked with a competitor who are coming TOMO. Wow, shouldn’t be that hard to make an apt.

Incredibly happy with J.R and the service he provided with removing the mould in our home. The areas that were cleaned look extremely incredible, I have tried my best to clean it before but was unable to do so and J.R made it look brand new. Booking and communication was very straightforward where I sent an email with photos of affected area, quote came within few hours, paid the deposit and a booking date and time was confirmed. Shane visited our home on time for cleaning a bathroom ceiling and fogging two bathrooms and finished the job in an hour. He is a very pleasant and knowledgeable person to deal with. Thank you J.R. for sorting out my mould problem! He did a great job.I came home from holiday to my bedroom and bathroom ceilings covered in black mould from being unventilated during the wet winter. I tried to clean it myself but it kept coming back as I couldn’t properly reach the ceilings to treat it properly. Mould removal Australia were very efficient to deal with and I got an appointment reasonably quickly, considering how busy they are this time of year. I will now literally be able to breathe easier!

ambiguous with answersrefusal to share initial report done by team member vs what was approved by landlord/agent which shows this company does not perform it's duty as accredited if I was paying for this I would have taken to consumer affairs and other legal entities -No issue with technicians apart from J R who messaged after inspection for a 5 star review just for coming to do an inspection... really ? so must get a gold star for doing your basic work duty before even actually doing the work -Definitely wouldn't recommend using this company and if they want to retort back with an excuse - other areas of home have mould wouldn't even treat it cause landlord) agent either not approve to pay or this company is careless and should lose accreditation.
