Very underwhelmed and a waste of money. I used Mould Removal Australia for a report to understand specifically what was causing our mould/damp issues in our 3 year old home, before I carried out expensive prevention works. I received a very generic report that was not worth the $600 I paid for it! You can use Chat GPT and get the same if not better information. Don't bother with this service is my opinion.

Had Max out to the flat today and I’m very happy with the result. Not only is the mould gone, but he managed to get rid of all the stains I feared would need to be painted over. Like it was never there. I have tried vinegar and bleach and baking soda in the past, but none of it comes close to these guys. Max was very friendly and professional. Also very impressed with the booking team. Prompt at responding and answering all my questions. It’s expensive but worth it. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Mould Removal Australia. The initial communication was prompt and booking in was very easy.We had JR come over to remove the mould on our bathroom ceiling. He was professional and very clear with what he was going to do. The job was completed thoroughly with all mould gone. He also cleaned up and left the bathroom spotless.Great experience no issues.

Beautiful cleanup! Shane did an amazing job and had a very nice vibe. Highly recommend this service in case of mould emergencies haha. Hopefully we can now fix our moisture issue without anymore problems but ill definitely be keeping these guys in mind if I need cleanups in the future.Thanks again!

I can’t express how terrible our bathrooms were before I contacted Mould Removal Australia - we had to keep the doors shut 24/7 because it was so toxic. I was honestly blown away when they sent Shane to do the removal. He was in and out in no time, and all the mould was completely gone!Shane was polite, professional, and incredibly efficient. I highly recommend Emanuel – he is the best! He’s very professional and caring. Before arriving, he even sent a reminder that he was coming to remove the mould. He clearly explained what he was going to do, how long it would take, and how we should take care afterwards, including how long to stay away from the treated area. His attention to detail and concern for our safety were truly appreciated. Excellent service from start to finish!

I had a great experience with JR. He was incredibly respectful and understanding of all my house rules, which I truly appreciated. He carried himself with professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire process. JR was also very detailed in his job description, making sure I understood everything he was doing and why. It’s rare to find someone who combines such respectfulness with a strong work ethic and clear communication. Highly recommend!
