This is the second time I have used this company and I am so happy with their services. 3 years ago we had mould in two bathrooms and our laundry. The areas were spotless after treatment and mould only reformed in one of the bathrooms after a few years due to the fan being broken.Very thorough communication prior from the company, I would add that I’m sensitive to smells and would recommend staying elsewhere the first night after treatment. Harley was friendly, prompt and polite. Great service all round.

A great job removing the mould from around the walls and window sills. There was no staining left at all. R3allt good results and the price was the cheapest amongst a few companies. Emails were responded to promptly which was very helpful. However, the person doing the job left my bathroom dirty with a white substance on the floor and inside the shower area.

Very happy with the result as I can no longer use a step ladder and this job was for a ceiling. Also the guy who attended to it, Harley, was efficient, kept to allocated time, had a great attitude and left no sign that he had been here so neat and tidy as well.

Very underwhelmed and a waste of money. I used Mould Removal Australia for a report to understand specifically what was causing our mould/damp issues in our 3 year old home, before I carried out expensive prevention works. I received a very generic report that was not worth the $600 I paid for it! You can use Chat GPT and get the same if not better information. Don't bother with this service is my opinion.

Had Max out to the flat today and I’m very happy with the result. Not only is the mould gone, but he managed to get rid of all the stains I feared would need to be painted over. Like it was never there. I have tried vinegar and bleach and baking soda in the past, but none of it comes close to these guys. Max was very friendly and professional. Also very impressed with the booking team. Prompt at responding and answering all my questions. It’s expensive but worth it. Highly recommend.

Fast cleaning of mould. Max did a fabulous job and had a keen eye for detail. Max was friendly and professional. He worked very hard. I’m very pleased with the results Max achieved. He left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this service
