Thank you to Lindy and Steve for your quick advice regarding mould on the timberframe of our bathroom in our 4 year old home. After a leak in the shower the builder wanted to board over the wet and moulding timberframe. Thanks to the prompt professional advice given to us from Steve we were able to intervene and have the builder treat the area properly. This has saved us having rotting mouldy timber within our wall frame which could have been a costly problem and a considerable health issue. Give these guys a ring before you follow any recommendation from a builder or plumber or roofer or any other “expert” on mould problems. I’ve had to deal with a lot of “experts” recently due to a house renovation and it was evident from the get go that Dave from Mould Removal knew what he was talking about. He wasn’t endorsing or trying to sell me anything, just giving an honest appraisal of the mould problem and what needs to be done to fix it for good. He explained things to me during his inspection and answered my many questions happily. I received a detailed written report soon after and was over the moon to realise that it is only going to cost me a fraction of the cost that a builder had quoted me to fix the problem. I dodged a very expensive bullet thanks to these guys!

Had mould that appeared quickly in our house and was spreading. We have a baby due in 3 weeks and these guys were amazing. They came out the day after the issue was raised in the morning and the house was thoroughly cleaned in every room - ceilings and walls. They were amazing to deal with and so easy to get everything sorted with them. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone and if our future home had mould we would get these guys out 100% for treatment.

I have had mould in my home, ever since I could remember, I called up the team in search of some real help as we needed it. They were very easy to deal with, the customer service was on point and they were very accommodating. The mould inspector I believe it was Dave, gave us a proper report which we are still focusing on in order to remove any chance of a mould recurrence, extremely detailed. Once we set a date all we did was wait for the team to come in, they did an excellent job on the property, our ceilings are finally white again and it feels great to breathe in my mould free home for once in my life. Thank you very much! I definitely will recommend the company to anyone else that needs help with any mould problems. It feels so good having weight lifted off your shoulders.

I have now used mound removal’s services for 3 different properties.Steve was great with communication and very knowledgeable about different types of mould and the issues within each of my properties that were causing the mould to grow. Steve has now come to our property twice. First time was to deal with some difficult tenants and give an unbiased and factual investigation and evidence to dicusss the mould issue we had occurring in th bottom levels of our property. When on site he conducted a very thorough and detailed inspection. On site he was able to clearly address all issues raised and provide his clear in-depth knowledge.The report to follow was promptly sent and the second time he attended this week actually was to provide us now as owners about to move back into the property a property check and again detailed response to dealing with our rainwater to fix issues that not only saved us but actually clearly deals with the build up of water that was leading to the roll inn effect to moisture build up. Exceptional: Called to enquire on the Tuesday and Steve was available and visited our property on the Thursday. Steve has no agenda other than to correctly diagnose the cause of mould / dampness. Steve's report gives you all the information you require to fix the issue. Steve is consultative and helped me understand the difference between treating a problem vs fixing the problem. (If you had a boat with a leak the long term solution would not be to buy a bucket and bail water out.... Steve's solution would fix the leak.)
